This is the story that got my attention this Tuesday morning from The Associated Press:
Graham's Challenger has $983 for Campaign
COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) - Federal campaign finance records show Democrat Bob Conley has $983 for his U.S. Senate race against U.S. Sen. Lindsey Graham.
Conley's report for the quarter ending June 30 was filed a couple of weeks ago. The report shows he finished the primary with a debt of $3,692.
The report Republican Graham filed for the quarter showed he finished the primary with $3.6 million on hand.
Conley's report shows about three-fourths of the $5,068 he raised during the quarter came from out-of state donors. Most of them lived in California, Indiana, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Texas.

That means Graham has 366,125% more money to spend than his opponent.
