Full disclosure here: I am making predictions on the outcome of the NCAA basketball tournament games with two other sets of people and we are comparing how accurate we can pick the outcomes correctly.
That's all I'm saying.
This is one of two sporting events - the other being the Super Bowl - when its all right to gamble. You can "buy a square" on a grid at a Super Bowl party and "win" based on the second digit of each team's scored at the end of a quarter.
Picking winners in the NCAA Tournament - an allegedly amateur sporting event - is apparently all right, too. You can pick winners on this website.
The anchors on The CBS Early Show made their predictions.
Even President Barack Obama has his grid with ESPN. Good to know Washington DC types had a few minutes to get out of their Hulk-style AIG rage to debate Butler vs. LSU.
Of course, you better know to keep this stuff hush-hush in the STATE of Washington. And don't laugh, Rick Neuheisel lost his football coaching job at the University of Washington when it came out he was picking basketball for big dollars.
So make your picks. Keep it quiet and watch the games on CBS and News Channel 7.
