Gala Provides Free Health Screening while Supporting Local Charity

Nutrition Solutions will host its second annual Celebrate and Donate Spring Gala to celebrate the weight loss success of their members on May 4, 2009 from 5pm-7:30pm at 2104 Woodruff Road. The community is invited to attend this free event featuring free blood pressure checks, body composition analysis, information session about weight-loss programs, complementary cooking class, and much more.

United Ministries, a direct service agency intently focused on solutions to poverty and homelessness, will be accepting donations of canned food and clothing. Anyone who brings a donation will be eligible for door prizes, such as Peak Fitness membership, free tanning, Chelsea’s Apparel gift certificate, movie theatre tickets, Melting Pot gift card, Jazzercise gift certificates, and more.

Nutrition Solutions store provides products, services and information to anyone interested in losing weight or improving their overall health. Physician-supervised weight loss programs provide comprehensive education to members through medical monitoring, weekly weight management classes, dietitian counseling, behavioral counseling, cooking classes, exercise classes and grocery shopping tours.
