Bond has been revoked for the Greenville woman charged with felony DUI after authorities say her car struck and killed a state Department of Transportation employee after a second driving under the influence charge.
Jail records show bond was revoked Monday for 29-year-old Misty Dawson after she was arrested over the weekend for DUI.
Dawson was arrested last month and charged with felony DUI resulting in death after authorities said her 1999 Ford slammed into the back of an SCDOT truck parked under an Interstate 85 overpass. Sixty-year-old Noah Lark was doing road repairs at the time and died several hours later.
Dawson told authorities she had taken prescription medicine for nausea and pain before leaving work and doesn't remember the wreck.
