Ripped from a restaurant wall, a sculpture is returned to a
The general manager of High Cotton says the sculpture was sitting in the restaurant's revolving door Friday morning wrapped in a Dallas Cowboys blanket.
He says the $2,000 piece of art was ripped from the wall during business hours Monday night. He was surprised it was stolen and even more so to see it returned.
"Definitely, I think just all the publicity. It's kind of been word of mouth, we've had a lot of people come in and ask about it. I think they got a little bit nervous and returned it," said Kirk Watkins.
The general manager says the case is still being investigated. Greenville Police say at this point there are no suspects.
