Anderson, SC- Home Instead Senior Care and The Legacy are having their 1st Annual Paper Shredding Event at The Legacy, 3501 Hwy 81 in Anderson, on Saturday August 16th from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Anyone is welcome to bring personal documents to be shredded at no cost. Shredding will be by Recall Inc.
The mobile office of the Appalachian Area Agency on Aging will have information about scams and fraud targeting our senior population.
The Adult Protective Services will have information on reporting and preventing elder abuse in Anderson County.
Donations for the Alzheimer’s Association Anderson Area Memory Walk will be greatly appreciated. The Anderson Area Memory Walk will be held on October 11th at An Med Health’s North Campus.
