Coverage partners at the Spartanburg Herald-Journal say a jury on Wednesday found a Spartanburg man and a Greer man not guilty of murder in the 2007 shooting death of a teenager.
Jonathan Lamont Arledge, 32, of Spartanburg and Fred Burgess Dawkins, 41, of Greer were acquitted on Wednesday, and released from custody the newspaper reported.
Arledge and Dawkins were arrested after the August 2007, shooting death of Jameel Ali "J" Martin at Camp Croft Courts.
