A man held up three workers at a Blockbuster video store on Hunts Bridge Road in Greenville late Monday night.
The Greenville County Sheriff's Office says a man, armed with a gun, entered the store around 10:30pm and went around the counter. He ordered one employee to open the safe and two other workers to open the cash registers.
They were ordered to put the money in a plastic bag. The robber pulled some more cash from the drawers before grabbing the bag and fleeing on foot toward the back of the store.
A customer was in the business at the time, looking at videos, when the robbery happened. No one was hurt according to the report.
The robber was described as a black man, 5'10", 160 pounds betwwen the ages of 20 and 30. He was wearing a red and black heavy winter jacket, blue jeans, blue Nike tennis shoes and had a mask over his face.
Investigators say they have surveillance video as evidence. Anyone with information about the robbery is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 23-CRIME.
