Bill Wylie Announces Candidacy for SC House of Representatives

Bill Wylie, retired President of Stone International and CEO of Goodwill Industries of the Upstate/Midlands, announces his intentions to run for the SC House of Representatives in District 21.  A republican candidate, Bill will seek to improve quality education at all levels, improve South Carolina’s infrastructure, continue job growth and economic diversification, and promote fiscally conservative policies for South Carolina


 


30 year residents of District 21, Bill and his wife Janie raised there three children, Kevin, Keith and Kelly in the Sugar Creek and Kingsbridge neighborhoods.  During that time Bill worked in various levels of executive management and leadership for Goodwill Industries of the Upstate/Midlands, Stone Manufacturing co., Umbro America, Umbro International, Stone International LLC and Cherith Valley Farms.  Bill now seeks to serve the community by taking conservative, republican policies to the state’s capital. 


 


The republican primary election to fill this post will be held on June 10, 2008.
