The Electric City Utility is asking all its customers to cut back on water usage, according to a report from News Channel 7 coverage partner the Independent Mail.
A city ordinance, according to the utility company's Web site, has classified the drough as "moderate." To combat the problem customers are asked to conserve water throughout the day, but specifically from the hours of 7 a.m. and 9 p.m.
