The Greenville Police told us today that they are looking for Otis Godfrey Jr.
They said Godfrey and another, unidentified black male are accused of robbing a man at gunpoint in the parking lot of a Publix on S. Pleasantburg Drive on July 12.
The victim told police that he went to the parking lot to sell an acquantance -- also one of the suspects -- some stereo equipment when he was attacked and robbed.
Police are charging Godfrey with armed robbery, possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime, assault and battery with intent to kill and kidnapping.
Police said Godfrey is 27, about 160 pounds, 5'11" tall with black hair and a goatee. They said he also has gold teeth or a "grill."
They said if you see Godfrey not to approach him. Call 911 instead.
