It's a first in the upstate. You are probably aware I also anchor on the CW News at Ten. If not, I hope you'll watch us sometime.
In February 2008, we made some local broadcast history! We launched live chat during Your CW News at 10.
From 10 to 10:35 weeknights during Your CW News at Ten, we’re the first station in the nation where you can chat live with the anchor during the entire broadcast.
Viewers gather in our chat room, but unlike others that get a bad rap for bad behavior… we’ve got a clean chat room, focused on the news your’re watching weeknights at ten, and how people are reacting to the stories and issues.
All you do is click on the green live chat box (you’ll see it on left side of screen on www.carolinascw.com) and click register, then create your user name and password. Some of our chatters say this is the first chat room they’ve been in, so don’t be afraid!
