**Update 7:50am**
The Oconee County Coroner's office says that a second person has died in the Monday accident in Seneca. Curtis Leroy Kimbrell died Tuesday morning at Greenville Memorial of injuries from the accident. Kimbrell was the driver of the Ford Econoline van.
**3:30pm**
A van and a produce delivery truck crashed in Seneca Monday morning resulting in one death. 79 year old Frankie Junior Spearman of Seneca died at the scene.
The collision around 9:45 Monday morning happened at the intersection of U.S. 76/123 and North Radio Station road in Seneca.
Spearman was a front seat passenger in the van which was hit by the produce truck. His Brother-in-law was taken to Oconee Medical Center and later transferred to Greenville.
The Seneca Police Department and Highway Patrol continue to investigate the collision.
