A motion by attorney's representing Jerry Buck Inman was rejected during a motions hearing in Pickens County.
A motion for a change of venue that would have required a different jury to hear the case against Inman, who allegedly murdered Clemson University student Tiffany Souers in 2006, was rejected by Judge Ned Miller. Miller's ruling will allow the trial to be held in Pickens County.
Inman's trial is set to begin in September and a gag order has been in effect. A 15 page questionaire will be handed out to prospective jurors during jury selection.
