An 8-year-old boy is pulled from a meth lab as investigators make an early morning bust in a quiet community.
News Channel 7 was first to tell you about the raid Friday morning.
Greenville County deputies and Simpsonville police officers worked together to raid the home at 116 Shagbark Court.
They say they found toxic chemicals inside used to cook meth. Officers say they also found finished product: the drug itself.
Simpsonville Police charged 35-year-old Luke Hitt and 33-year-old Tracy Denise Hollingsworth with manufacturing meth, possession of meth and Hollingsworth was also charged with endangering a child with meth.
Investigators say the 8-year-old who lived at the home, is now in the custody of DSS.
