Today the judge formally charged former Greenville county councilman Tony Tout with four additional counts related to unlawfully accessing other county employees computers, including destroying records.
Benjamin Stepp was also appointed his attorney.
Trout has to pay the bill.
There is a pre-trial conference scheduled in two weeks in Spartanburg.
