A cold front has moved on by and gusty northwest winds will be pushing in colder air throughout the day. Wind Advisories and Red Flag Warnings are in effect for most of Friday afternoon with the strong winds coming out of the northwest at 15-25 mph, with some gusts near 35 mph at times.
The winds will die down overnight, with temperatures dropping quickly under clear skies. High pressure will keep our weather quiet and cool right through the weekend.
Our next cold front arrives late Monday into Monday night with a chance for rain showers...and the mountains could again pick up some snow showers as cooler air pulls in through Tuesday morning.
