Beware of letters that bring news of money winnings that are too good to be true.
I received a letter telling me I had won x amount of dollars.They sent a check telling me to send back to them a money gram to cover the taxes of my winnings.The name on the letter is TD FINANCIAL out of Canada.
The bank they used with me is the Peoples Bank of Portland, Maine.
