Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office deputies need your help to find a man they said ran away on foot following a chase Tuesday morning.
Timmy Dean George, 45, is wanted for failing to stop for a blue light, driving under suspsension and leaving the scene of an accident.
The incident report says a deputy pulled George over while he was driving a Toyota Tercel after learning the car's license plate belonged to another vehicle.
The officer says George sped away after he walked up to the car on Highway 14 in Greer. The chase went through the backroads of Pelham for about 30 seconds when George crashed into a tree at an embankment.
The report says George ran through some woods and got away. Dog teams couldn't find the suspect.
