When any car dealership closes, the Better Business Bureau says some customers often find their car purchases and trades are not complete.
If you purchased a vehicle from a car dealership that has closed and your transaction is not complete, meaning you don't have a title, a traded-in vehicle has not been paid off, or financial transactions are not complete, you should file a DLA-5 Form with the Department of Motor Vehicles.
You should also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau or call them at (864) 242-5052 and the State Department of Consumer Affairs or call them at (800) 922-1594.
The Better Business Bureau says prior to today it had already received complaints from some Planet Ford customers, saying their transactions were not complete.
