Storm Team 7 says that Hanna should re-intensify into a hurricane by Wednesday afternoon. The current track for the landfall puts it somewhere north of Charleston, between Myrtle Beach and Mt. Pleasant. With the ridge of high pressure in the Atlantic expected to move slightly west, that will help to move Hanna up the east coast over warmer waters.
That is when Hanna is expected to gain some more strength and organization as it heads toward South Carolina.
