Gotta Have IT! employees, SC Business and Trade Fair Competition

Berea’s virtual business, “Gotta Have IT!” is a virtual re-seller of personal care items, houseware items, and fragrances. Representing the school in this competition were:

The team brought home 2nd place in Human Resource Scenario, 3rd place in Web Site Design, 4th place in Newsletter and Marketing Plan, and 5th place in Catalog Sales.

“As a first year teacher of the virtual enterprise course, I am very pleased with the effort the students have put forth and I look forward to next year,” said VE Coordinator, Kim Daniel. “I’ve learned that if you work hard and do your best, the rewards you receive are worth the effort and dedication,” said Quentin Jones, Sales & Marketing VP of Gotta Have IT! at Berea High. I am proud of the Gotta Have IT! team this year and I cannot wait until next year,” said Audrina Claxton, CEO of Gotta Have IT! at Berea High. “I went down to the competition with doubts but seeing the end results really proved that hard work and dedication has its rewards,” said Shamond Chapman, Advertising VP of Gotta Have IT! at Berea High.
The virtual enterprise class expresses its gratitude and thanks to the Better Business Bureau of Upstate SC for working to prepare the students for competition.
