James Tumblin and Richard Emerson have been arrested on a charge of strong armed robbery.
Investigators say a man entered the CVS at 6160 West Wade Hampton Boulevard at 8:10pm on March 31 and handed the clerk a note demanding narcotics.
Greer Police had asked for the public's help to identify the suspect.
