Presidential Boeing 747 Causes Scare in NYC

»  Comments | Post a Comment

New York (AP) - It was a sight that stirred a brief panic in New York City Monday.

A presidential Boeing 747 flew near ground zero.

The federal government says the flight was a photo op and training mission.

Mayor Michael Bloomberg says he's furious about the incident and that the NYPD and another city agency didn't tell him about the flight in advance after being notified last week.
