**Update 1:30 p.m.**
Ralph Jackson Glenn has been arrested on the charges listed below and placed under $20,000 bond. He is charged with Firing Into an Occupied Vehicle, Assault With a Deadly Weapon inflicting Serious Injury, and Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.
Henderson County Sheriffs Deputies and investigators from the Criminal Investigations Division are wrapping up an investigation into a shooting that took place in the area of 25 North near Grimesdale at 4:18 a.m. Monday morning.
The Sheriff's office received a call from the driver of a vehicle who said the female passenger with him had just been shot. He indicated he was going to wait at the Enmark service station located on Brookside Camp Road. Telecommunicators dispatched officers and Henderson County EMS while trying to determine the nature of the shooting. The victim of the shooting and the driver of her vehicle had fled the area of the shooting to call police. The location of the event was nearby at Jordan Park Lane.
Officers responded to the scene and the victim was taken to Pardee Hospital. Her injuries did not appear to be life threatening. Officers were then able to contain the suspect. The Hendersonville City/Henderson County joint SWAT Team arrested the suspect without incident.
The victim is 27 year-old Leslie Fawn Reeder. The driver of her vehicle, 33 year-old Paul Shannon Craig, was not injured in the incident.
The man suspected in the shooting is Ralph Jackson Glenn, 45 years of age. Officers intend to charge Jackson with Firing Into an Occupied Vehicle, Assault With a Deadly Weapon inflicting Serious Injury, and Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.
