County Health Department Employee Arrested
A Hendersonville County health department employee was arrested, charged with obtaining property by false pretenses. Deputies say Grasuela Lopez Rios, 50, worked as an interpreter at the health department. Authorities say an undercover operation revealed she was selling services, medications, and other devices illegally.
