A man accused of killing a woman inside a pain clinic and then turning the gun on himself was released from Greenville Memorial Hospital on Thursday.
A doctor found James Baskerville who is a member of the hospital cleaning staff shot, but still alive inside the Foothills Regional Pain Center in Seneca in June.
The Oconee County coroner says 29-year old Karla Benson was found dead with gunshot wounds to her head and shoulder. Investigators say she was six months pregnant.
Authorities believe Baskerville shot Benson and then turned the gun on himself. He's charged with murder.
