McDonald's is offering free breakfast for local teachers August 26. Restaurants throughout Upstate South Carolina, Western North Carolina, and parts of Georgia will be serving free breakfast to all school employees Wednesday, August 26 from 6:30 - 10:30 a.m.
“This small gesture is our way of saying ‘thanks’ to educators for giving our children and communities their best everyday,” said Julia Skipper, a McDonald’s owner/operator in Laurens. “We want to wish teachers good luck as they begin another school year.”
The fast food chain will serve a free breakfast sandwich and one small coffee to all educators who show a valid school ID.
