South Carolina Gov. Mark Sanford refuses to say if he would let investigators release information on a possible ethics probe of his travel.
Sanford continued Tuesday to avoid answering whether he would allow findings to become public.
The state Ethics Commission has been asked to look into Sanford's travel, but the probe is confidential unless the governor says otherwise.
The governor has come under scrutiny since he revealed a yearlong affair in June.
Associated Press investigations have found Sanford used state planes for personal and political use and failed to disclose trips on private planes. A state senator has accused Sanford of breaking the law by using pricey commercial airplane tickets.
The governor has said he did nothing wrong.
