Greenville Police are looking for a man who snatched the purse of a 16-year-old girl.
It happened Sunday around 9:30 p.m. at Greenville's Falls Park.
The teen says she was sitting at the benches in the park near Furman College Way, when a man grabbed her purse and ran into the dark.
She says she did not see his face clearly, but she told investigators the suspect was a black male.
The purse contained gift cards, a wallet, her license and her cell phone.
The victim says she did not file a report immediately because her mother told her not to, but she stated she wished to have a report made if anything was found.
