Fire Forces Boiling Springs Family Out of Home, Dog Found Safe Outside

Fire forced a family out of their home, but they were worried about their missing pet. The family noticed smoke and called 911 just before one o'clock Monday morning at a home located at 175 Clearview Heights in Boiling Springs.
Boiling Springs Firefighters say the family got out of the house quickly, but their dog was missing while the house was burning.
EMS told News Channel 7, they found the dog outside the home unharmed around 2:30 a.m. Monday fire crews are now trying to figure out what started the blaze.
