The South Carolina Highway Patrol has identified a man they're trying to find for fleeing the scene of an accident on Friday in Piedmont.
Troopers are trying to find William Calvin Black, 24, following the collision on Emily Lane about nine miles south of Greenville. Black is charged with leaving the scene of an accident and warrants have been signed for his arrest. Other charges are pending.
The SCHP says Black was driving a 1996 Dodge four-door car east on Emily Lane when the vehicle went left of the center line and hit a 2004 Ford pickup truck head-on at 5:52pm on August 28.
Troopers say Black fled the scene on foot, but several people were injured in the crash.
Call authorities if you have any information on where Black can be found. Fliers are being posted in the area to try and find Black. His last known address was on emily Lane in Piedmont.
