Visiting Sorrell Christmas Tree Farm sure brought back some memories. I grew up on 32 acres and my Dad planted over 5,000 pine trees! From every window of the house you could see nothing but pine trees. So, when Steph and I pulled up to Tracy Sorrell' farm the smell of pine brought me back to my days in Michigan.
Tray and his wife greeted us with open arms and gave us the grand tour of their property. About 5 years ago they built a beautiful log cabin home and it's just perfect for the setting. With farm animals to see, hundreds of trees to choose and a mailbox for all those letters to Santa, you'll be sure to make the Sorrell Christmas Tree Farm a family tradition.
Even if you've already bought your Christmas tree the drive out is well worth the views. Plus it's so close to downtown Seneca, one of our favorite places to shop for antiques, that you could grab a bite to eat at Circa 1930 and pick up some presents for those last few people on your list at Ram Cat Ally.
