The only thing that makes the Foxfire Kitchen look better, is filing it with desserts from Screamin' Good Bakery. Stephanie and I were in chocolate heaven while taping this edible segment with the owner of Screamin' Good Bakery, Rise Myers. She had a very good and personal reason to start her business, her son. Marc has Celiac disease and is allergic to gluten, flour, wheat, and barley. Rise (pronounced like Reece), like every other Mom, wanted to satisfy her kids sweet tooth! So, after many hours in the kitchen, she developed delicious gluten-free, wheat-free, & flour-free desserts.
Rise offers several varieties to choose from including; Double Chocolate Espresso Brownies, Double Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownies, Coconut Chocolate Blondies, and Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Blondies. Each yummy bite is individually wrapped and perfect for that stocking stuffer!
