Four men from Spartanburg were arrested along with a man accused of a Greenville murder on Christmas day.

Our coverage partners at the Spartanburg Herald-Journal reports that 32-year old Louis Taylor Rogers, 26-year old Terrance Lamar Mayfield, 22-year old Craig Jerome Ross and 37-year old Michael Prince Cathcart, of Roebuck, were arrested at a home on Amos St. in Spartanburg early Christmas morning along with 26-year old Julian DeAndre Battle.

Battle has been charged with murder after he was allegedly involved in the shooting death of 29-year old Rafael Dodd, of Memphis, Tenn., early Christmas morning.

According to the Herald-Journal, Public Safety officers surrounded the home and found Battle and the four men.

All of the men were charged with trafficking more than 38 grams, but less than 100 grams of crack cocaine and possession with intent to distribute crack near a school. Also seized from the home was scales, a blunt cigarette roller, police scanner, surveillance camera attached to a monitor, photographs, a marijuana grinder with residue, numerous rounds of ammunition, a laptop computer and three cell phones.

Rogers was also charged with a previous assault and was released on 41,000 bond from the Spartanburg County Detention Center. Mayfield, Ross and Cathcart remain at the detention center and are being held on $40,000 bond each.
