A New York surgeon who donated a kidney to his now estranged wife, is demanding the organ be returned.
Doctor Richard Batista decided to ask for his kidney back after nearly four years of divorce proceedings.
He says, if he can't get the organ back, he is willing to accept $1.5 million instead.
Batista claims his wife began having an affair two years after he gave her the kidney.
