Greenville Police say a 13 year old was shot Wednesday after an argument. The teen is in stable condition.
The shooting happened at the Rutland Ridge Apartments.
Police have issued an arrest warrant for 20 year old John Richard Taylor of Assault and Battery with Intent to Kill.
The say the Taylor shot the victim in the thigh with a black handgun.
Taylor's last know address is 53 Endel St. in Greenville.
He was last seen driving a champagne Honda Accord in the West Greenville area.
