**Monday 10:05am Update**
Cody Lee Absher turned himself into Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office deputies for what they say was his role in the burglary of the Smokin Pig BBQ in Boiling Springs.
Absher was booked into the Spartanburg County Detention Center late Sunday afternoon. He booked in on charges of burglary second degree, petit larceny, safecracking and violation of home detention.
Bond for Absher was set at $23,500.
One suspect remains at large. Deputies are trying to find a 16-year old boy, but already have arrested a 14-year old suspect.
The Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office is searching for two suspects after a burglary at the Smokin' Pig BBQ.
Deputies have charged Cody Lee Absher, 20, of Boiling Springs, a 16-year old boy from Inman and a 14 year old male juvenile with burglary 2nd degree, safecracking, and petit larceny.
Absher is currently on home detention for a previous burglary charge from 2008.
Investigators say the rear door of the business had been forced open at 1926 Boiling Springs Road when they arrived at 3:38am on July 9.
Deputies also discovered a safe in the rear parking lot and a bag of burglary tool close by.
