Spartanburg County emergency dispatchers say no one was injured after fire damaged a home in Boiling Springs.
The house caught fire at 810 Old Furnace Road in Boiling Springs and had been burning for some time when crews got the call at 3:15am.
Flames had burned through the roof of the home according to Sgt. Nicholas Ray of the Boiling Springs Fire Department by the time the first engine arrived at the scene.
The homeowner was the only person in the house at the time and she was outside when firefighters got there. She was taken to the hospital as a precaution.
Sgt. Ray says Spartanburg fire investigators are looking for what started the fire, but have not made a determination so far.
