The Greenville County Sheriff's Office is trying to find the man who they say robbed a store with a gun.
Investigators say the robbery happened July 12 at 10:42pm at the Plez U store on Old Dunham Bridge Road in Greenville.
The store worker says an African-Amercian man in his mid to late 40s forced his way into the business and demanded money. The robber was described as being 6'0", 190 pounds with a grayish beard. He was wearing blue jeans and a blue t-shirt at the time of the robbery.
Deputies say the Plez U worker unlocked the door to allow a customer to leave when the suspect forced his way into the store. He had a black handgun and pointed it at the worker.
The robber got money from a second employee of the store and left on foot. Witnesses say a gold four-door car - possibly a Honda Accord - left the area at the same time and direction the suspect was walking.
No one was hurt in the robbery.
