Norbord Industries will be hosting a job fair for it's Joanna facility July 28 and 29. The job fair will be held at National Guard Armory in Clinton at 18040 Highway 72 East.

Norbord will be hiring for the following positions:

ELECTRICAL TECHNICIANS start at $21.57/hr
-pay increases upon successful completion of new hire training program
-further advancement through "pay for skills".
-requires 3 to 4 years experience in related field, troubleshooting skills, experience with single and phase three, motors,low and high voltage, AC/DC equipment, process control systems, and PLCs. Associate Degree a plus

MECHANICAL TECHNICIANS start at $20.25/hr
-5 years experience in related field desired
-Requires abilities in welding, pipefitting and millwright work using basic shop equipment along with direct experience on air compressors, pneumatic, hydraulic and steam boiler systems.

PROCESS TECHNICIANS start at $13.53/hr
