South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham will announce how he intends to vote on the nomination of Judge Sonia Sotomayor to the U.S. Supreme Court on Wednesday.

The Republican - a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee - is expected to speak at some point between 12:30pm and 1:30pm according to his office.

Sen. Graham said in some of his early remarks to Sotomayor that "unless you have a complete meltdown, you're going to get confirmed. And I don't think you will'' have a meltdown, he added quickly.
