The Jackson County Sheriff's Office arrested David Donnie Luker on a kidnapping charge early Thursday, but still needs to find Phillip Carl Henson.
Luker was apprehended at approximately 4:00am on Old Number 4 Road in Whittier, North Carolina. He was arrested without incident and is being held at the Jackson County Detention Center under a $250,000 bond.
Crimestoppers had offered a reward for Luker for numerous charges that include felony first degree kidnapping and one count of assault on a female.
Phillip Carl Henson
Deputies are still trying to find Henson, 43, of Sylva for felony breaking and entering and one count of felony larceny.
