Is a ghost walking around a city building in Anderson?
We've got the surveillance video, so you can judge for yourself.
It started when the security guard at the city's new municipal business center, noticed a blurry spot moving around on the surveillance video memorial day weekend.
It appears at different times during the day and night, and only shows up in the credit union section of the building.
So far... no one has been able to figure out what it is.
"It's interesting, I think, because we can't explain it," said Ron Colbert, security officer. "We've done little tricks by moving the chair out and we've closed the blinds so there's no reflection coming in and still, this thing appears and walks around the room."
The city even had the security company come out and clean the lens of the camera and make sure everything is working properly.
But the cleaning didn't seem to have any effect on the moving spot.
Workers say if it's a ghost, it's friendly and hasn't bothered them at all.
