Una Fire Chief Jeff Hadden says this fire has been ruled accidental and unintentional. He tells NewsChannel 7 that they are still trying to find the source for the fire.
Investigators in Spartanburg County are trying to find out what started a fire. Una Firefighters rushed out to a house on New Cut Road around 1:30 Wednesday morning. Firefighters thought they heard someone inside screaming but found nothing after an extensive search. No injuries were reported. The Una Fire Chief said most of the damage was contained to a bedroom.
