Spartanburg Apartment Fire Forces Residents Out Of Neighboring Building

An early morning apartment fire forced people outside in the middle of the night. Firefighters responded to an apartment building at 400 Highland Street in Spartanburg around 2:30 a.m. Thursday morning. They found flames and smoke when they got to the 200 Building and evacuated a building next door. Everyone got out safely, and no one was living in the burning building.
Investigators are looking for the cause of the fire.
