The town of Duncan is accepting applications now for 75 summer jobs at the new Shipwreck Cove water park.

What's touted as the newest, largest and only themed water park in the Upstate has jobs open for lifeguards, admissions, the gift shop and concessions.

Two or three of the jobs at the park will be permanent positions according to duncan Town Administrator Fran Bowen.

Shipwreck Cove will open in early June.

If you wish to apply for a job, you can fill out an application and return it to Duncan Town Hall at 153 West Main Street. Interested applicants can also call Town Hall at (864) 439-2664 and request an application form to be faxed to them. Applications can also be downloaded on the water park's website: www.shipwreckcovesc.com.
