An 11-year-old boy is walking from Atlanta to Washington, D.C. to raise awareness for youth homelessness.
Zach Bonner actually got his idea a couple of years ago after watching a documentary on a woman who walked thousands of miles for peace.
This, his third and longest walk, will take two months to walk the 668 miles. He’ll do it at a pace of 11 to 13 miles a day.
Once in D.C., Zach hopes to meet with President Obama.
Zach is doing his walk through the foundation he started at age 7. It’s called the Little Red Wagon Foundation.
