First Baptist North Spartanburg is holding a 5 week course to help people who have lost a job or who want to change careers. The class includes topics such as the emotional impact of job loss, impact on family, developing a strategy for going forward, resume writing, interviewing tips, and the importance of networking. The class will be held in the Fellowship Hall at First Baptist North Spartanburg from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesdays (May 27, June 3, 10, 24 and July 1.) Instructors are Van Clark, SVP & HR Manager at First National Bank of the South, and Allen Hartsoe, Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma Specialist.
