Police say they arrested Twenty-four year old Michael Campbell on assault and battery charges after the college says the student hit a dining services employee Wednesday evening.
A Limestone College representative says a hearing, which will be before the college’s Judicial Board (comprised of faculty, staff and students) is Tuesday afternoon.
The charge is Physical Assault and Harassment. Michael Campbell could be banned from the campus.
After the hearing, the student can appeal the decision to the VP of Academic Affairs and to the President. Testimony from the hearing can be admitted into the hearing and/or trial between the student and the victim.
